Urban Decay’s Naked Flushed palette combines a tan bronzer, muted rosy-coral blush, and pink champagne highlighter. All the colors, even the highlighter, are highly pigmented, so use a light hand to apply them until you get a feel for just how much it takes to get the vibrancy you’re going for.
By using an angled brush, the highlighter and bronzer can be applied just where you want them to sculpt your cheeks and warm up your face. A lighter, fluffier blush brush can wash the apples of your cheeks in the ultra-flattering rosy-coral color.
All you need is a lip gloss, long-lasting brown liner, and mascara and you’ll be covered for laidback days.
Benefit’s Fine-One-One is a multi-purpose product that works for cheeks and lips and doesn’t require a brush for application. Swipe the creamy stick across each cheekbone and blend with your fingers, then apply the colored section to your lips. Voila! Done!
You can add the highlighter color above the cupid’s bow to get the look of fuller lips. Again, finish off with a little mascara and eyeliner if you want it, and you’re ready to go.
I love the idea for helping me avoid looking like death as I go through the morning car line at my daughter’s school. The creamy texture will be especially good on dry skin or on top of foundation.
