Two Products That Will Help You Sleep Well

I am one of those people who goes to bed super cold most nights (yes, even in the summer) and wakes up in the middle of the night sweating and feeling like I’m in an oven . . . even if I have no blankets or sheets on me. I’m also one of those lucky people who can never seem to get comfortable. In other words, I don’t know much about comfortable sleeping.

Which is why these two products have got my interest piqued. Goodnighties and Snoozer Body Pillows sound like two products I need to run out and buy now!

Goodnighties

What is Goodnighties? Goodnighties is sleepwear designed for women. These nighties are supposed to neutralize the stress that your body produces by stimulating blood flow to tired muscles. It claims that you will then arrive quicker and stay longer in a deeper stage of REM sleep.

The gowns have moisture-wicking technology to regulate body temperatures and the material is anti-microbial. This sounds great for women like me who may have a broken internal thermostat (not sure if you’re hot or cold?)

And the special fabric helps eliminate night sweats due to medications, menopause, illness or stress?

This sounds exactly like what I’m looking for!

The other thing I should mention is that these are pricey. Reviews are mixed, and I don’t personally know anyone who has tried these.

Snoozer Pillows

Ah, the body pillow! How I love the body pillow! It really does help me get comfortable and I do sleep better when I’m wrapped around one. The problem is, my husband says he feels like there’s another person in bed with us when I sleep with it! So I only get to use my body pillow when he isn’t in bed.

But Snoozer makes a Junior Body Pillow! The compact design is versatile enough to cradle your body and provide the targeted support you need without the bulk of a full-length body pillow. And this sized pillow would make a perfect body pillow for the kids too.

According to the website, the main health benefit of these pillows is the ability to support the hips and shoulders evenly which helps to keep the spine in its proper alignment. This can help you eliminate the tossing and turning, pillow repositioning, and common cramps that are commonly associated with a bad night’s sleep. The tossing and turning is my problem.

Body pillows help people sleep better for a few reasons. In order to stay comfortable and get a restful night of sleep, your entire body must be supported. Mattresses supports underneath us, and pillows support our head. You can position body pillows for targeted support you need. They allow you to naturally move during the night while still providing support to your entire body.

So there you have it! Would you be interested in trying out either of these products?

I am up early after ANOTHER horrible night of sleep. Those pajamas sound awesome if they really do ease stress. I’d try it.

I love body pillows, especially when I am pregnant. As far as the night gown foes it kind of sounds too good to be true. Super interesting!
