I’m always on the lookout for new inspired living decor because we move…a lot. We are a military family, so every two to three years we get to call a new place home. In an effort to make those transitions more bearable, I like to spruce up our new places with new accessories and if I can swing it, redo a room.
Now that our oldest daughter is aware of our moves, she gets to pick a new paint color and comforter for her bed when this transition happens – it’s a way to make the new house a “home.”
When we moved into our latest place, the old owner’s catalogs still came here. One that came to us was the West Elm catalog and I was was instantly smitten. To say that West Elm is eye candy overload is an understatement. It’s modern and chic and warm cozy style all at the same time. There are so many pieces on this site that find themselves on my wish list…like their Essex Sofa, for example. Now granted, this is a BIG wish list item.
They also have some fantastic pieces I can pick up in the more immediate future, which I’m excited about.
Each time the catalog comes in the mail, I become giddy.
