We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 1-2 working days of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday), therefore your items will be delivered on average between 3-5 working days from placing your order. In certain cases we may have some of the items at our other Branches and we will advise if there is likely to be a further delay before the order can be despatched.
In most cases smaller lighter parcels will be dispatched using Royal Mail or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and heavier and high value parcels will be dispatched using TNT, Parcelforce or DHL unless specified otherwise.
Special order items or items that need to ordered from our other branches may take slightly longer and we will contact you to advise of expected delivery date.
Please note: Orders to be despatched on the same day must be received before 12:00pm.
An express delivery option is available for selected items. If your order is placed before 12:00 pm (Monday to Friday) and is in stock, items will be sent the same day and delivered within 2 working days (for some out of areas postcodes, deliveries might take slightly longer).
All deliveries will require a signature and will take place between the hours of 7am to 6pm. The courier will try and deliver the item twice before returning the item to us. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.
Customers are advised to physically check their goods before signing the Courrier driver’s delivery sheet. Parcels received damaged, opened or tampered with must either be rejected or signed for ‘damaged’ or ‘opened’ or ‘tampered with’ accordingly. Claims may be rejected if this is not done.
International deliveries should be dispatched within 5 working days of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday). Items sent to Europe usually get there within 3-5 working days from being dispatched and those to the rest of the world may take longer depending on the destination. Your country may impose import duties and / or taxes on the parts that are being delivered to you. These custom charges are NOT included in our prices and customers are advised to check with their local Customs Office to confirm any possible import duties / taxes before placing their order. If an export order is returned to us, due to unpaid taxes and import duties, re-stocking fees and the initial postage to send out the item will be deducted when refunding the item. If however the order is not returned and held at customs the customer will be responsible for any penalties or disposition fees.
Prices quoted for International deliveries apply to the majority of areas that the Carriers deliver to on a regular basis. If however your address falls in a ‘not so common’ area the Carriers will advise a ‘remote area surcharge’ that will need to be paid by the customer in order to have the parcel delivered.
Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made in writing within 12 days from date of dispatch. In cases of ‘non delivery’ for TNT or Parcelforce deliveries customers are advised to wait 7 days before submitting their claim.
Please note that if you have not received your order sent by Royal Mail in the expected time frame, we have to wait three working weeks before a lost in post claim form can be put through – however this is a very rare occurrence and something we do not see happen often. The reason we allow for three working weeks to elapse is items will be returned to the sender if not delivered within that time period.
KMS will not be liable for any consequential losses incurred due to any problems with their deliveries

We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout as we can only send to this address. This is an eBay Security policy.

Once you have purchased the item the quickest way is to pay online via Paypal.
For security reasons we can only send to the address on the Paypal / Ebay checkout so please ensure the correct address details are selected.
We do ask that all payments are made with 48 hours.
If you do not have a Paypal account you are welcome to pay by any acceptable major credit card. If you are paying this way please call us first BEFORE buying the item online on 0121 753 6466.
For security reasons we will only send to the card holder’s address held by the card issuers. If these details do not match we will advise.
For security reasons any items purchased and paid for on Ebay can only be sent direct to the Ebay/Paypal/Card address via our couriers. If customers wish to call & collect then they MUST provide identification with the same name and address details that match the Ebay/Paypal/Card address. Failing this goods cannot be released.

The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with the Customer Services Department.
KMS will charge a 20% restocking fee on all items returned in a resaleable condition.
KMS will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible.
Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.
All deliveries should be checked before signing the Driver’s sheet to avoid any ‘damage’ claims being rejected. In any case all damages must be reported to us within 24 hours for us to raise any claims with our couriers. Any claims after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
