The New Normal (NBC), Premieres  Tuesday, September 11th - Another comedy pushing the envelope on traditional families, much like Modern Family did when it came out, and I’m definitely interested to see how it all plays out because I became a big fan of Modern Family.

Anything that has an undertone of acceptance of families – no matter how they are created or who they choose to love – I dig it.

Revolution (NBC), Premieres, Monday, September 17th 10pm - Set 15 years after all the power and technology went dark this series pushes my comfort level a bit, but it looks like an epic adventure and it will make for great television.

It also makes you think about how you might make decisions if something like this occurred. How would you survive? I’ll be tuning in.

Elementary (CBS), Premieres, Thursday, September 27th 10pm - Sherlock Holmes in Manhattan – modern day. The spin? Lucy Liu is his “Watson” – Joan Watson to be exact. She starts off as his sober companion due to Holme’s alcohol addiction.

What I like about this show is the change of the classic two male partnership to a female/male partnership. I also like the crime solver element because it always keeps you thinking – if only I were as brilliant as Holmes and could solve such mysteries. This show is definitely being added to my DVR.

Vegas (CBS), Premieres, Tuesday September 25th 1opm – Set in 1960′s Las Vegas with the legendary Sheriff Ralph Lamb going up against local gangster who’s attempting to set down his claim on the up and coming area – this series looks to have a lot of promise.

The cast is pretty fantastic with Dennis Quaid as Lamb and Michael Chilkis as the gangster. Add in Carrie Ann Moss and you have a stellar combination of seasoned actors and actresses.

As for old shows I’ll tune back into?

Grey’s Anatomy & Private Practice  - Because I just can’t quit them…even if Grey’s is losing my full devotion and enthusiasm as is Private Practice. Hopefully it will get more interesting this year.

The Good Wife returns September 30th and I can’t wait. This is a show that gets better with each season…although I must admit, having her stay with Peter is a bit frustrating. We’ll see what happens.

The Big Bang Theory – This show is just hilarious comedy that my husband and I enjoy watching together and I enjoy every season. It’s my “Friends”.

Once Upon a Time - The ultimate compilation of classic fairytales come to life with just the perfect spin on the originals to make it edge-on-your-seat interesting. I was completely addicted to the first season of this show and I cannot wait to see it on the 30th of September when it premieres on ABC.

Which shows will you be watching this Fall?
