In today’s technologically advanced world, life has become streamlined. Simplicity is imperative to a mom’s life. We need as much streamlined as possible so that we can spend our time enjoying motherhood instead of chaotically trying to find our way.

Here are a few apps that I think every mom should have

SitorSquat: We’ve all been caught out with a baby with a blow out, a bout of morning sickness or a potty training toddler. When you’ve got to go, you’ve got to go. Quickly find a nearby restroom…and a whole lot more.
Features:
* View nearby restrooms on a map or in a list sorted by distance.
* See which are open NOW.
* Read reviews, rating, and pictures of the toilets before you go!
* Learn about additional features: which have changing tables, which are handicap accessibility, which have condom or tampon vending machines.

How to Cook Everything: How many times have we been caught without any ideas for dinner? This fist-of-its-kind app of New York Times columnist Mark Bittman’s bestselling cookbook is enhanced with helpful menus and fun animation. Most important are 2,000 recipes and 400 how-to illustrations.

Mom Maps: Mom Maps is like GPS to where all the cool kids are. It helps moms find family-fun destinations on the run. No idea where to meet for a play date? Mom Maps can help. Mom Maps (Premium) lets you tap the collective wisdom of parents everywhere to find kid-friendly fun when you need it. Search an extensive list of parks, playgrounds, restaurants, museums and indoor play areas, as well as reviews by parents, for parents.

These three apps will get you out of most Mommy binds. Now, if only they had one that changed diapers and cured tantrums. What’s your must have mom app?

Might have to check out Mom Maps!

I like using Fandango to get our movie tickets b/c I hate getting to the theater after promising the kids a movie and have it be sold out!

I would not have lived if it wasn’t for TOtal Baby during those first few weeks of constant feeding, so so glad I found it and reccommend it to all new moms!

Grocery Gadget. You can scan bar codes, keep lists of must haves at multiple stores, and sync with husband so he can pick stuff up on his way home.
