Celebrity moms are always at an advantage over us non-celebrity moms in the style department. There are some celebrity moms that you just know; even left to their own devices sans stylists, they would still be Mommy Fashionistas.
It is obvious in the way they wear their clothes, not like they’ve been dressed but like they put outfits together in a fearless, I don’t give a crap what you think of me way, and let’s face it, confidence is the sexiest accessories any woman can wear.
Victoria Beckham: She dresses impeccably and maybe a stylist had something to do with the push in the right direction, way back in the Spice Girl days, but make no mistake, Mrs. Beckham knows how to dress to impress.
Sarah Jessica Parker: I fell in love with her style sense as Carrie Bradshaw on Sex in the City. I know that there was a brilliant stylist behind Carrie’s in your face attitude wardrobe but it seems to have stuck. Everywhere from the red carpet to playing with the kids in central park, Mrs. Parker has come a long way from her Square Pegs beginnings.
Jennifer Lopez: Ms. Lopez went from fly girl to fashion icon in the span of a decade. She doesn’t let motherhood slow her down; instead she designed a signature line for Kohl’s that all mothers can afford. I’m no Jennifer Lopez, but I can play one in real life thanks to this line.
Beyoncé: We all know that Beyoncé is a fashion icon and that in the beginning, her mother was her designer and stylist, and the two have had a high end line for years now. How much more stylish can you be than to create your own fashion house? Enough said. I’m just waiting for the House of Little Dereon to come to fruition.
