If you don’t know what LUSH is you need to get ready to experience absolute pampering. I am addicted and, like any other addict, I want everyone else to be addicted, too.
LUSH is a brand of all natural bath products that come in a rainbow of colors and a garden of aromas. They have numerous types, but the bath bombs and bubble bars are my favorites.
When I need some real time to myself, I take my laptop in the bathroom and set it up on the antique stand next to the bathtub, choose a Netflix movie, and drop in whichever LUSH product I have decided on. I emerge, about two blissful hours later, relaxed and smelling great. The best thing is the way my skin feels afterward.
The bath bombs change the color of the water. Pink, blue, green – just about any color you can imagine. Some have glitter, some have herbs and dried roses, and some even have confetti.
Scents? Everything from candy to clove and some pretty sophisticated mixtures seriously scent the entire bathroom.
Bubble bars are exactly that. You don’t have to use the whole thing unless you are blessed with a giant bathtub. Half of a bar will fill your tub with tinted, scented bubbles that last for a very long time. One of my favorites is the Comforter which creates bright purple water and smells like fruity black currant.
It’s not going to be something that you use every day, but for that special time, that difficult day, or whenever you just need to feel extra special, give this stuff a try.
