Etsy Extravaganza: Musical Notes

Even those of us who aren’t musically inclined can appreciate the beauty of musical notes, treble clefs and the myriad symbols that lead musicians through their craft. And particularly for those of us who are skilled at a particular instrument and/or have kids who sing like birds or are budding virtuosos on their instruments of choice, it’s lovely to surround ourselves with it visually so it engages two senses at once.

Today’s Etsy roundup literally blankets our homes in quarter notes, bass clefs, staffs and measures. First, there’s the vinyl wall art from Etsy Walls, above, just the right size to adorn a wall behind a loveseat or baby grand piano.

Next, there’s this sweet fleece blanket from Cozy Mouse Creations measuring 49″ x 26″ with polka dot backing that’s tied — not sewn onto itself — rather crafty indeed:

Perhaps it would be overkill to pair the two, but we also find this 20-inch music-inspired pillow from Pillows 4 Fun rather fetching:

And we’ve saved the smallest for last: if it’s little baubles you crave, these magnets from A Little Bit of Tile, naturally, hit all the right notes.

Am I the only one that is afraid of the white couch?  It’s too perfect.  I’m just waiting for someone to come up and SPILL something on it!  I guess I’ve been a mom too long.

Love the vinyl wall art and the pillow — they would both look great in my home’s living room, which also houses our piano. Wonderful!
