We’re wrapping up the summer months and that often includes last minute weddings, concerts and vacations and who needs the stress of trying to figure out what to wear with all of that going on?
We all just need some great style that’s effortless yet fabulous. Once again, I’m featuring the stylizing of the fabulous Sherry from Life of the Party via her Polyvore Community because she has her finger on the pulse of trends in fashion.
Below you will see some fantastic ensembles that will look fabulous but will take you no time to put together.
Look #1 Hi-Low  Dress
The hi-low dress has been popular all summer long and is so much fun for your last minute wedding attendance or best friend’s birthday party. Throw on one of these dresses to look instantly summer chic.
Add the classic look of a woven straw clutch and matching neutral heels, which always compliment a bold hue dress and you are all set. Feeling extra sassy? Finish off the look with a bold statement on your neckline (if the dress is basic in print and style like the one featured here) and you will have a well-rounded chic look.

Look #2 Bold Colors
Summer has been all about bold and bright hues. Shades of turquoise and coral have been  very popular and the gold jewelry featured here are a nice compliment to the look. Throw on a neutral cardigan for the chilly air conditioned restaurant or movie theatre and you’ve got a great look.
If you’re not sure which colors go well together, check out this video on how to use the color wheel to help you with color blocking. The gal in the video is a smidge quirky, but the video is very helpful for learning how to put color together.
Look #3 Classic Polka Dots
This is a classic look that never really goes out of style. A flowing polka-dot top with white shorts is perfect for summer. Pair it with neutral accessories as seen here or red for a pop of color if you’re looking to spice it up a bit.
Style does not have to be stressful. You can look fantastic with a few great pieces in your wardrobe and by arming yourself with knowledge of colors and styles that work for you.
Which of these looks could you see yourself in?Â
